Anne-Marie’s introduction to construction was spending many Saturdays with Bob at the Elgin Construction office, responsible for cleaning the shop floors. Frankly, she looked forward to the promised Tim Horton’s donut and drink more so than having to clean. She quickly learned how her dad wanted things done and his commitment to hard work and looking out for our employees. Prior to joining Elgin Construction, Anne-Marie has held various business-related positions, over 22 years, at Labatt Breweries of Canada, BlackBerry and Canada Life. She joined the company in 2016, working alongside her dad, and is responsible for managing the company’s finance and administration.

Estimator/Project Manager
Brad is a graduate of Fanshawe College and has been a key member of the Elgin Construction family since joining in 2013. Over the last 9 years, Brad has benefited from the experienced teachings of two of the best, Bob and Ken Kennedy (retired).   Brad wears a lot of hats these days leading our construction operations, estimating and project management. In 2018, Brad also took the leap into ownership, partnering with Bob with a plan to carry on the business well into the future.
CULLEN ACKLAND
Estimator/Project Manager
Cullen is a graduate of Fanshawe College who joined Elgin Construction on his co-op term in 2017. We knew immediately Cullen was a gentleman and we wanted him on our team. We are grateful that Cullen joined Elgin full time in 2018 as an Estimator/Project Manager. He has quickly become a key member of our leadership team. Among other projects, Cullen successfully led a large sewage pumping station project in 2018/2019.
CARLOS, JOE LUIS, JEREMY & GEORGE
Site Supervision
Carlos, Joe-Luis, Jeremy and George have 100 years of experience between them. In 2021, Carlos celebrated his 40th anniversary with Elgin Construction (second only to Lino Beltrame's service record of 46 years). They are well respected in the industry for the quality of their crew’s work. Not only do they have a ton of knowledge, they are efficient and effective. Our crews are also well known to be considerate and helpful to the homeowners in the communities where we work.
